1. Professional Quality Assurance

DETAILED LIMITED adheres to rigorous internal peer-review protocols before any structural calculation binder or Producer Statement (PS1 / PS4) is released. All engineering documentation is stamped and certified by a registered professional engineer to ensure zero defects and 100% compliance with New Zealand Building Code clauses B1 (Structure), B2 (Durability), and E1 (Surface Water).

2. Council RFI (Request for Further Information) Commitment

Every fixed-price engineering consent package includes comprehensive responses to council RFIs:

• We directly liaise with Auckland Council and territorial authority building processing teams to clarify calculation assumptions.
• Minor drawing revisions, clarification memos, and amended calculations requested by council examiners are provided at no additional professional charge within the original agreed scope.

3. Design Iteration & Architectural Variations

Where architectural layouts, building footprints, or structural concepts are significantly altered by the client after engineering modeling has commenced:

• We provide transparent variation quotes outlining any required additional engineering calculation hours before proceeding.
• Prior completed work is credited towards the updated design wherever structurally feasible.

4. Dispute Resolution & Professional Mediation

If any dispute arises concerning engineering interpretations or deliverables, the parties agree to seek resolution in good faith through the mediation procedures recommended by Engineering New Zealand (formerly IPENZ) prior to initiating any legal proceedings.
